Do not force focus when starting

When opening ATAS, it's forcing focus to ATAS window. If you're doing other stuff while waiting for ATAS window to load, it changes focus to ATAS window, which is very annoying. I noticed that is forcing focus twice.

At least give the option to disable it. Thanks.
