Decrease spacing between windows

Saving space is very valuable to a trader who wishes to trade multiple assets.

I think it would be a great improvement if we were able to make the borders between every kind of window smaller in ATAS (including all charts and DOMs etc).

Currently when two borders of an ATAS window are against each other there is a double border with a small gap between which takes up valuable space.
