Smart DOM resizing improvements

The smart DOM is good but there are a few problems with it, particularly when you change the size to make it thinner you cannot see what the asset is or the account. Also the buttons at the top and bottom become very messy and overlapped.

When resixing the DOM the Flatten button becomes huge and overlaps behind the other buttons.

1. Change the title of the module to LIST THE ASSET FIRST. When the dom is thin you cannot see what asset you are trading, only the title “Smart DOM”. The title is unnecessary.

2. The buttons at the bottom of the DOM scale badly. The flatten, reverse, cancel and pnl buttons all overlap and look very messy. I suggest that when the DOM goes below a certain width that the buttons all have a single letter: F = flatten, C=cancel, R=Reverse and hide the PNL display or put it on a new row.

3. The buttons at the top of the DOM get overlapped and very messy also.
