Chase limit orders

Currently bybit exhange has this option and it would be great to have it on ATAS so our exit strategies can be used, as i think currently exit strategies only work if the order is executed on ATAS, unless if it has recently changed.

This is useful for crypto due to market order commisions bieng much higher than limit which not only adds up at end of the year but makes it harder to scalp on higher leverage, by constantly having to remove orders and enter them again with hotkeys
