Change name "Prices per row (Ticks)" to "TPO Block Height"

Based on user experience, the current name is confusing as "Ticks" implies a raw tick count, when it actually functions as a multiplier of the active Chart Scale's price increment.

• Proposed New Name: TPO Block Height

This change would significantly improve user understanding and reduce confusion regarding TPO block height calculation.
