Candle Statistics Quality of Life Improvement

Hi,

A couple of quality-of-life improvements to the candle statistics indicator.

1: Copy over all the cluster statistic options to the candle statistics indicator. Example: Delta/Volume, Volume/Second are only available in the cluster statistic.

2: Instead of adding two candle statistic indicators, have the ability to select the location for each statistic. Currently, you can only select one ‘Label Location’ and it will apply to all the statistics you select. Example (all within one candle statistic indicator): Volume (top of bar), Delta (bottom of bar).

3: Add ‘Daily Cumulative Delta’ Option to be displayed above/below the bar.

4: Add COT High/Low as an option to the indicator, instead of adding it as a separate indicator. *note: Still keep the COT High/Low as a separate indicator.
