Bring back the Auto Cancel switch for Exit strategies

The current state of the exit strategy is quite precarious. In fact, it is unusable if you enter with more than one position or if you want to do scalping. But at least before we could disable the strategy and manage the position manually when the price goes against you.

But now, we can't even do that.

If you disable the strategy, ATAS cancels the TP. If you are scalping products like ZB, that makes you lose your position in the queue.

And if you don't disable it, ATAS does not support local TPs, so it cancels your exit point and creates a new order that no one wants to use.
