BingX Exchange Integration

Hello,

I feel like BingX would be a really good integration into ATAS. While I suggested MEXC before, and got feedback in the comments that it might be shady despite me having zero issues with it, I feel like BingX is authentic and widely used by the crypto community. One of the biggest advantages of BingX are its tolerable fees and very liquid orderbook.

To conclude, developers, it would be of great pleasure if you could add BingX to ATAS as soon as possible.
