Average Session Ranges(little update for Average Daily Range indicator)

Hello!

One feature i would like to be implemented is the Average Session Range. Similar to the Average Daily Range indicator, i would need a custom option of that indicator, where you can choose a custom start and end time.

This way i could have ATAS calculating the Average Session Range from the high and the low of NY session (from NY open to close, excluding Asia and London price action)
