Add custom Text field for Alerts

Hi, I am using the Telegram ATAS Alert Bot, which is great but I was wondering if a function can be coded into the BOT that when an Alert is triggered, and posted in Telegram it can include the TEXT note that we put on the Alert when we set up the alert as a horizontal line on our ATAS charts. Presently the Alert post in Telegram only shows the Alert price but not what the alert represents.
Eg: If I set an alert that has the text, "Crude Entry Level Triggered", then this text will be displayed on the Telegram Bot Alert including the price of the alert.
If no text is added to the alert then the Telegram Bot Alert will only show the Price of the alert.
