Allow Vertical Resizing / Adjustment of CVD Panel in Heatmap View

Hello,

In the standard chart view, the CVD panel can be vertically resized or adjusted freely.

However, in the heatmap view, this functionality is unavailable. The CVD panel cannot be moved or resized vertically, which reduces flexibility when analyzing data alongside the heatmap.

Request:
Please add the ability to vertically move/resize the CVD panel in heatmap mode as well, consistent with the standard chart behavior.

This would improve usability and create a more consistent experience between chart modes.
