Allow custom indicators to add items to the chart's context menu

I would like to be able to add custom actions to a chart’s context menu that invoke a callback in an indicator when selected.

Building these items should be dynamic and be allowed to update at runtime based on any factor, including where the mouse is when it was pressed

My primary use case is to allow me to have custom trade entry strategies that are trigged based on the current market price and the selected stop level, combined with risk settings.
