Allow any DataSeries to plot on price chart

It would add a lot of flexibility to allow any ValueDataSeries or RangeDataSeries to plot on the price chart, even if the owning indicator was running in a lower chart panel.

For example, I might have developed a custom RSI displayed in a lower panel, but I would also like to be able to add a DataSeries to show entry/exit symbols on the main price chart.

Other platforms already allow this.

There could be a DataSeries parameter like this

 OverlayOnPriceChart = true

for each DataSeries instance.
