Allow all paying ATAS subscribers full access to all Market replay history

Currently ATAS Market Replay price history depth is restricted to the most recent 3 months for ATAS users whose subscription requires a continuous paid renewal over various timeframes. ATAS lifetime licence holders do not have this restriction. There is no apparent reason for this 3 month restriction. I propose removing the restriction for ATAS users with a live paid subscription which requires continuous renewal and so allow all paying customers access to full price history depth in ATAS Market Replay functionality.
