Additional Volume Hotkeys

Currently, we only have the option to select 5 volume selection hotkeys. It would be helpful to expand that to 10 or more. I use more than five contract volumes and rely on speed to change these volumes. Having an expanded number of volume selection hotkeys would be very helpful.
