Adding any instruments supported by broker/exchange

There is one functionality of Quantower platform, which ATAS is missed now - possibility to add for analysis and trading any instruments supported by custom broker/exchange. So that means that new instrument is added only on user-end platform, without leveraging on ATAS servers.

This functionality will be very useful for crypto-traders, who want to trade altcoins, and for futures traders, who want to trade exotic futures from ICE-US, HKFX and other futures exchanges.

Also it will close gap between ATAS and Quantower, as for now many users prefer QT over ATAS  just because of this feature.
