Adding alerts on anchored vwap drawing tool

Adding approximation alerts on the vwap and each standard deviation of the anchored vwap drawing object would be very useful.

    We have approximation alerts for EMAs, but I feel that even more traders use VWAP as part of their strategies. It also appears to be a have a larger effect on price action than common EMAs
