Add Swing Indicator (from NT)

Hello,,

There's an indicator that really helped me visually identify important levels in the low timeframes, although in the platform I used before ATAS, it works even in the daily. They call it swings in that platform and it shows areas where price previously went and reversed. I'll include a picture to better explain it. 

I took a lot of successful trades with the help of this indicator and I would like to use it in ATAS as will.
