Add "Position percentage" to quantity select in chart trader.

It is currently possible to select coin, USDT and % (but of total account equity) for position size.
It would be so handy to have option to also choose % from currently opened position size - would be useful for taking quick take profits (like 20 % of the position) etc.

    Add "Open Position %" to position size panel

    It would be good add a new option for “Open Position %” so we can quickly select how much % of the open position we wanto close or add, as currently it has to be done manually which is very inconvinient for scalping fast moving markets.
