Add Developing TPOC

With the Dynamic Levels Indicator we can replicate the Developing VPOC of a specific Period. It would be nice if that is also possible for the Developing TPOC. The best solution in my opinion would be, if the Market profile & TPO Indicator gets addition settings called “Dynamic POC” and “Dynamic TPOC“.
