Add Delta to "Volume on the chart" indicator

Request to add Delta calculation to the Volume on the chart indicator.

So basically "Delta on the chart".

It would also be nice if the minimum height could be less than 10 and the ability to change the width of the histogram too.

Additionally integrate my other idea to display the Delta in the OHLC values on the top left corner of the chart: Add Delta and Trades count to the OHLC values
