Add Alert for vertical Line

Hi ATAS team,

I am not sure if this request has been submitted already, but it would be great to have the option to enable alerts for vertical lines, as it is already available for horizontal lines and trendlines.

That way one could not only set an alarm for events in the economic calender but for any desired time.

Ideally, this would be combined with a custom alert text which could be specified in the settings.
