Add a meaningful 'Time' property in "PriceVolumeInfo" class.

The current 'Time' property is an integer and seems to indicate a number of seconds, but I don't quite understand what it measures.

But what I really would need is a true timestamp (DateTime) when this price was visited last time, similar to 'Time' or 'LastTime' of the "IndicatorCandle" class.

Could that be implemented in ATAS by ATAS developers?
