Ability to set session start time for Cluster statistics, or chart as a whole

as per the title, I would like to be able to calculate session delta from the start of the NY open. I can do this with CVD as the indicator allows you to set a custom time. Can this option be added to the cluster statistics so I can see session delta starting from NY open.
