Indicators - colored overbought/oversold level drawings

Please add the possibility to draw permanent horizontal lines with a "plus" function to have multiple ones in different styles (solid, dashed etc.), so you can have a line for overbought and one for oversold with the possibility to color the indicator below/above the line in a certain color, without the need to draw the horizontal lines by hand on the indicator window.
