Import csv trades to ATAS and plot

There are many exchanges that are missing in ATAS like Asian markets.

I would ask to make a functionality where I can import csv file with columns like timestamp, price, quantity, side (bid/ask) and make plot charts.

This needs for analyzing data for a long-term decisions.
