Editable Indicators in Atas (like Pinescript)

I think it would be a great idea to make indicators easily editable and importable by making them open source and having a script editor implemented in Atas (like pinescript for tradingview) so users can write their own indicators, or modify existing indicators and tweak them.
Maybe also a good idea to make the language the same as pinescript so that you can import your own indicators (as Tradingview is the most popular and has the biggest custom indicator library)
In addition it would also be nice to be able to create multiple templates for indicators, for example a template for dark mode where the line is white, and a template for white mode were the line is black.

Here you can find all available source codes of indicators: https://github.com/AtasPlatform/Indicators/tree/publish_alpha.

Thanks mate, i actually meant something different. In tradingview, after every indicator you have a editing button where the code will popup and you can start editing using pinescript. In that way it takes much less time.

I have created 5 custom indicators for ATAS using C#. I dont program at all, but claude does :)
If ATAS can incorporate the same idea as TradingView with a built in compiler/editor like Tradingview, that would be great. coding in c# is better, you can do alot more. though I do like the ease of how Tradingview does it.

Basically the same as in tradingview using open source pinescript

@Vanodga I dont see the absorption indicator on the page. Is the source code
available?

Definitely, yes!
Moreover, I suppose it would not make a big difference if we could use it to create strategies. That would be a wonderful improvement.

Actually not so hot on this idea. The current C# custom indicator pathway is way more powerful and fast - especially when dealing with tick-by-tick L2 data

Maybe you can build a converter instead, where someone can import their pinescript and it converts into code that can easily be put into ATAS
