Charting features improvements

Consider improving charting features

• add text to lines (just as rays have text)

• add exclude from timeframe (now there is “global” only) - especially for daily, H4 timeframes it is obvious not to have all charting visible,

• curve or arc tool missing

• note with text - expanding after a click, we cant remember ideas on charts guys
